Vivian Lu is the name partner at the Law Offices of Vivian Lu, a firm she established in the year 2000.  Ms. Lu's primary practice areas include Family Law and Probate Law.  A substantial reason for Ms. Lu's decision to launch her firm was the realization that the Bay Area lacked efficient advocates for Asian minorities.  Ms. Lu's considerable knowledge of the law combined with her fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese now provides both minorities as well as the general public with a trustworthy advocate within the legal system. 

Ms. Lu's impressive credentials include the receipt of her juris doctorate from the nationally ranked Law School of Tulane University. Prior to attending law school, she received her M.P.A. at Columbia University in New York. Ms. Lu also served as a visiting scholar at the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley.

Ms. Lu is a licensed attorney in the state of California and a member of the American Bar Association.
